General Information

We ship from Cyprus (European Union) where we are based, to European Countries, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Israel.

All orders who are in stock, are processed immediately and are shipped within 2 business days. We do not ship orders on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Shipping to Cyprus

Our Orders are shipped throughout Cyprus using AKIS Express Courier Services.
You may pick it up from your AKIS Express Pick Up Point that you stated during checkout. Allow 2 business days approximately to reach you.
We offer free shipping in Cyprus for orders more than 50 Euros, otherwise a shipping charge of 3 Euros is added.
At the moment we do not offer Home Delivery. This service will be available in a later period.

Shipping to European Union Countries

Shipping cost is calculate on checkout.
Includes European Tracking Code.
Allow 7-10 business days approximately for the order to reach you.
Since Cyprus is a member state of the European Union, there are no custom taxes or import fees when your item arrives.

Shipping to the United Kingdom and Israel

1. Delivery Time

We are doing our best to ship your products as soon as possible, so as to get your product fast. Below are the average delivery times based on previous orders. Always make sure to check the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking code and with your local post office.

Shipping to Cyprus : 2-3 business days
Shipping to European Union Countries: 7-10 business days
Shipping to the United Kingdom and Israel: 7-10 business days
Shipping to the United States and Canada: 14-21 business days

2. Order And Shipping Confirmation Emails

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking code. Please let us know if you haven’t received any emails regarding your order and status (make sure you have checked your Spam folder).

For users who purchase with a registered account (not guest checkout), the order is always accessible through the “My Account” page as well.

3. Item Availability And Pre-Order

We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock of popular items. We also work to ensure that when you place a pre-order online, the item is available at the time of shipping. There are cases that the pre-ordered date is changed by the manufacturer.

4. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For more information read our Return & Refund Policy.

It is known that Funko Pops may have minor paint or packaging imperfections that official Funko does not consider these as defects. While we ship your order in the best condition to be protected as possible, we cannot accept returns due to minor flaws or minor package damage.

5. International Shipping

We ship internationally to the countries mentioned above in the General Information section. You can verify the countries we ship through the checkout page as well. All items are shipped using Post Office with a Tracking Number to ensure that you will get your order. More countries will be available to our clients soon.

6. Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including but not limited to quantity limitations available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance service.
