Pre-orders
Pre-orders are orders for items that are not yet available for general sale. When you pre-order an item, you will need to pay the full upfront price of the item. Pre-orders will be shipped once the item arrives in stock by the manufacturer. A pre-order (with or without a deposit) is a custom procedure taken by our company and the manufacturer specifically for your order that involves time, resources and upfront payment and can not be cancelled for a refund. We are willing to exchange the amount of your pre-order item with another until it is shipped, or exchange it with a coupon for a future purchase.
We encourage you to consider wether or not you want to commit to a pre-order.
Deposits
On certain occasions, we may offer you the opportunity to reserve an item by placing a deposit. When a deposit is placed to reserve an item, you will be asked to pay the full amount once the item arrives in stock. You are able to request an exchange of your deposit anytime until the item arrives in stock. The item will only be shipped after the full payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse any deposits at our sole discretion.
1. Pre-Order Warranty
When pre-ordering, we offer no warranty whatsoever to your pre-order. In any case, you will receive a standard order confirmation. It is possible that after pre-ordering we find out that we will not be able to fulfill your order due to stock. In the event that we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, both the customer and Kaboom Collectibles agree that the pre-order will be cancelled, unless the customer wants another product from our webshop of equal or less value (if the latter is the case, the remainder will be refunded.)
For changes in the Coming in dates of pre-order items, please refer to section 5.
2. Pre-Order Shipment
Kaboom Collectibles strifes to dispatch pre-orders within 1 month after the product releases, this is however not always possible. In the event that a pre-order is dispatched late, we will inform you in a timely fashion.
Coming in date is subject to change. Dates are when vendors plan on shipping this product to us and may change. Pre-order date is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to change at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on pre-order items.
3. Change of coming-in date of a pre-order item
Coming-in date shown in an item’s page is when vendors/manufacturers plan on shipping this product to us. The date is subject to change at the discretion of the manufacturer. Most of the times they provide us a date that they honour, but there are cases where we receive a change of the coming-in date.
We encourage you to consider wether or not you want to commit to a pre-order.

4. Can I cancel my pre-order?
No, it is not possible to cancel your pre-order for a refund under regular circumstances. This is because upon pre-ordering, a custom procedure is taken by our company and the manufacturer specifically for your order that involves time, resources and upfront payment and can not be cancelled for a refund.
We are willing to exchange the amount of your pre-order item with another until the item is shipped, or exchange it with a coupon for a future purchase.
We feel that a stricter pre-order policy encourages customers to consider their purchase.

5. My pre-order was cancelled, will I be compensated for currency exchange rates?
No, we as a company work strictly with Euros. Your refund will be issued in Euros, and converted to your local currency by your chosen payment processor. We have no control over what any amount of Euros will convert to in your local currency.
6. Do release dates for Pre-order items change after purchase?
Delays are unfortunately a fact of life for collectible products. A delay can caused by a number of factors such as licensing issues, production troubles or logistical delays by the manufacturer. Depending on the distribution scheme we use to sell a product, it can be hard for us to determine the exact nature of a delay up until the point where we take over in the logistical chain.
Coming in date is subject to change. Dates are when vendors plan on shipping this product to us and may change. Pre-order date is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to change at the discretion of the manufacturer. Sometimes we have a release date, but other times we may only have a placeholder date until the official release date by the manufacturer/vendor is determined. Either way, we display dates that are approved and provided by the vendor. If it changes, we inform you of the date change via email.
7. My ordered product(s) have already released in other shops, why has it not released at Kaboom Collectibles?
It is possible that a product you ordered releases quicker in some countries or other stores around the world. This basically depends on what distributor we use for a specific product.
