Return & Refund Policy
Our goal is to provide services that benefit all our customers. We hope that you are satisfied with every purchase. In some cases, you may want to return some items. Please read the our policy below and we will do our best to assist you.
If we send you items that are defective, damaged or improperly transported, you are eligible for a partial/full refund or replacement. This is a case by case issue. If you believe that your item was damaged during shipment, you must obtain a “Certificate of Damage” from your post office, which should be included in the package you returned.
Our product descriptions and images provided are provided for the manufacturers and vendors. If the item description is incorrect, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for return, exchange or other arrangements.
1. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can contain in-stock and pre-order items.
When you place an order for in-stock items, the fulfilment centre starts to process the order within hours. This means that you have a very short timeframe to make any amendments or cancel the order before we ship it. This includes billing/ shipping addresses, quantities ordered, items etc.
Within that short period, from submitting your order until it is shipped, you have the option to cancel and request a refund or exchange the item with a different one. If we processed your order, then we can refuse to refund or exchange the order at this time. You need to receive and return the items as described in the section below.
When you place an order for pre-order items, it is not possible to cancel it for a refund under regular circumstances. This is because upon pre-ordering, a custom procedure is taken by our company and the manufacturer specifically for your order that involves time, resources and upfront payment and can not be cancelled for a refund. We are willing to exchange the amount of your pre-order item with another until the item is shipped, or exchange it with a coupon for a future purchase.
We feel that a stricter pre-order policy encourages customers to consider their purchase.
We encourage you to consider wether or not you want to commit to a pre-order.
If you still need to cancel your pre-order item, a 30% fee is kept from the paid amount.
The above policies are valid respectively for orders that contains in-stock items, pre-order items and pre-order items with “coming-in” date change.

2. Can I return my order?
Once you receive your order, you may return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange or a coupon code.
We do not offer free returns. You would need to pay for the shipping fee back to us, and any customs or taxes will be deducted from your refund amount. A tracking code must be provided with your shipment.
Once the item is received it will be inspected if it qualifies for a refund or an exchange or a coupon code.
The below conditions must be met:
- The return must be made within 14 days.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition and must have all original tags attached.
- Apparel may not be worn or washed and must have all original tags attached.
- Items purchased in bulk, defined as purchases with 6pcs or more of the same item, are not eligible for returns.
- Should the tamper-proof seal be broken, tampered with, or removed then we reserve the right to reject the request to return the item (example: Die Cast, 3ltr Soda).
Products may have minor paint or packaging imperfections that the manufacturer/venndor does not consider these as defects. While we ship your order in the best condition to be protected as possible, we cannot accept returns due to minor flaws or minor package damage.
